Public Service Award of Excellence 2014

His Excellency presented the Large-Scale Special Event or Project Award to Ms. Anna Kapiniari who accepted the award on behalf of the Communications and Public Affairs Team for Expedition
34/35 Mission (Chris Hadfield). The Canadian Space Agency’s communications team lead an unprecedented outreach campaign during Chris Hadfield’s five-month mission as the commander of the International Space Station. The team members organized countless events with Canadian students, produced videos and other content, and worked with partners across Canada.
