Famous French Singer Charles Aznavour receives the Order of Canada at the Residence of the Governor General at the Citadelle of Québec

Her Excellency the Right Honourable Michaëlle Jean, Governor General of Canada, delivered a speech at the investiture ceremony of the Order of Canada honouring the famous French singer Charles Aznavour. The ceremony was held at the Residence of the Governor General of Canada at the Citadelle of Québec on Saturday, July 5.
