Charlotte Scott

Acting Head of Human Resources

Charlotte Scott began her career with the Government of Canada in 2014 as a student at the Canada Border Services Agency. She then spent four years at Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada as an operational human resources professional before stepping into strategic advisory work in support of senior executives, including the Chief Human Resources Officer, for an additional two years.

Charlotte joined the Office of the Secretary to the Governor General in August 2022 as the Assistant Director of the Human Resources Centre of Expertise before being selected as the next Head of Human Resources. Since her arrival, Charlotte has been working with clients and partners alike to rebrand human resources as a strategic business partner and a cultural change maker.

Charlotte holds a Bachelor of International Business with a Concentration in Strategic Management and International Human Resources from Carleton University (2015).
